Terms and Conditions for Student Resume Writing and Editing Services
1. Scope of Services: The service provider agrees to offer resume writing and resume editing as requested by the client. The specific scope of work, including deliverables and timelines, will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of work.
2. Payment Terms:
• A non-refundable gift card purchase is due upon the initial discovery meeting.
• All sales are final.
3. Revisions:
• Clients are entitled to two (2) rounds of revisions.
• Revision requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of receiving the draft.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
4. Client Responsibilities:
• The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for resume development.
• Delays in providing necessary information may result in adjusted timelines.
5. Delivery of Services:
• Drafts and final content will be delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed upon.
• The service provider is not responsible for technical issues preventing the client from accessing the delivered files.
6. Confidentiality:
• All personal and professional information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
• Service provider may ask for an anonymous testimonial to be used for marketing and will be agreed upon by the client.
7. Limitation of Liability:
• The service provider does not guarantee job placement or specific results from resume services.
• The client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and representation of information in the final content.
8. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service provider operates.
9. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing gift card for resume writing and editing, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
