Scope of Services The service provider, Christina Martin, agrees to offer resume writing, resume editing, and/or social media branding services as requested by the client. The specific scope of work, including deliverables and timelines, will be mutually agreed upon before the commencement of work.
Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is due after the initial client discovery session.
The remaining balance must be paid in full within ten (10) calendar days after the final content is delivered.
Payments shall be made via the payment methods specified by the service provider.
Revisions and Schedule
Clients are entitled to revisions, as agreed upon in the selected service; three (3) for resumes and one (1) for LinkedIn social profiles.
Clients must review revisions and schedule next rounds within five (5) business days of receiving the draft.
If client fails to review revisions and schedule next round within five (5) business days, the balance is due within ten (10) calendar days.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will incur extra charges.
Cancellation and Refunds
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
If the client decides to cancel services before completion, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.
No refunds will be issued once the final deliverable has been provided.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information required for resume development and social media branding.
Delays in providing necessary information may result in adjusted timelines.
Delivery of Services
Drafts and final content will be delivered electronically unless otherwise agreed upon.
The service provider is not responsible for technical issues preventing the client from accessing the delivered files.
Confidentiality
All personal and professional information provided by the client will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Service provider may ask for an anonymous testimonial to be used for marketing and will be agreed upon by the client.
Limitation of Liability
The service provider does not guarantee job placement or specific results from resume or branding services.
The client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and representation of information in the final content.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service provider operates.
